Certified Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to work with the GAS Scrum team on product increment builds in support of the Matrix Program.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile / Scrum practices and values

Facilitate team meetings and Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Assist in establishing sprint schedules, managing dependencies, and improving team performance reporting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred

Experience in coaching and leading a Scrum team through various development stages

Strong understanding of Scrum principles and ability to mentor teams

Experience with Lean Agile principles and organizational implementation
