Family Law Attorney

with

at least 3 years of family law trial experience

to join our growing team. Title :

Family Law Attorney

Practice Area :

Family Law

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 years (must include family law trial experience)

Location :

Odessa, Midland, or Dallas Metroplex (occasional travel to West Texas and DFW – all travel expenses paid)

Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, and adoptions.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.

Work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals to provide exceptional client service.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and advocacy.

D. from an accredited law school.

Minimum of 3 years of family law practice, with trial experience.

Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
