Your responsibilities will include interacting with various medical professionals, providing exceptional patient care, conducting admission visits, evaluating patient eligibility for home care services, and developing tailored care plans.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Education : Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate School of Nursing.\n
• Licensing : Must hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse.\n
• Driver's License : Valid state driver's license required.\n
• Experience : A minimum of one year of RN experience; two years preferred.\n
• Certifications : Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis consent / declination required.\n
