Job description$95,056.00 - $185,848.00 Additional compensation of $1000.00 for additional / extra day shifts worked; $1250.00 for additional / extra night shifts worked. This position is primarily nights. Six (6) clinical shifts, and one professional development shift, per pay period. Manages critically ill adult population and serves as a resource throughout for intensive care interventions. Performs patient assessments to provide exceptional patient focused care. May assist with admissions and triage. Manages the day-to-day patient care from ICU to step down to discharge. Is an integral member and collaborates with a multidisciplinary health care team for optimal patient outcomes. Master's of Science for Nurse Practitioners OR; Bachelor of Science for Physician Assistants 1 year required related experience; critical care experience required. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification OR; PA-C Physician Assistant Certification 200 percent retirement match!
