Overview

Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio is seeking a motivated BE / BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing multispecialty program. The primary need is for Thoracic cases there is also the opportunity to assist with Cardiac cases. Candidate must be fellowship trained with a passion for cardiac and thoracic surgery. Experience in minimally invasive surgery including TAVR, complex valve repair and replacement, minimally invasive valve surgery, aortic procedures including complex aneurysms and dissections, VATS, Robotics, and coronary artery bypass grafting is preferred.

• Call 1 : 3, 10-16 days / month.
• ACC Transcatheter Valve Accreditation (One of 4 in Ohio)

• Joint Commission AMI Certified with Level III Cardiac Cath Lab.

• The only Sepsis Center of Excellence in Ohio.

• Perfusionists on-site, NP & PA support
• Teaching available – IM, EM, and FM Residents
