Journeyman Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various plumbing systems and techniques. This role involves working on commercial and residential projects, ensuring that all plumbing installations and repairs are completed to the highest standards.

• Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
• Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for various plumbing installations.
• Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues for clients.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide maintenance services as needed for existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations.
• Must be capable of performing heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : 30 - 60 per week

Experience :

• Plumbing : 1 year (Required)

License / Certification :

• Journeyman Plumber License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute :

• Salvisa, KY 40372 (Required)

Ability to Relocate :

• Salvisa, KY 40372 : Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel :

• 25% (Preferred)
