The Project Manager will lead the support team to ensure, enact, and validate project execution in accordance with Department of Navy requirements and within time constraints. The
Project Manager will :
- Provide project scheduling, resource loading, on-site personnel management,
- Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified and mitigated.
- Plan and direct tasks, as well as perform on-site supervision of subordinates, when required.
- Determine resource requirements and costs.
- Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
- Monitor progress of task and prepare progress reports.
- Communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
- Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified mitigated.
- Validate and verify work products and services of subordinates meets with expectations and requirements.
Required Skills and Experiences :

Project Management Professional (PMP)\n
Minimum Experience : 8+ years of directly related experience in Project Management.\n
Must be a U.S. Citizen\n
A Top Secret Security\n \n
Desired : \n
PMI / Agile Certification Experience with PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies Experience with MS Project, Project Documents / MS Power Point / Briefings\n
Degree Requirements :

Preferred : Master’s or Bachelor's degree in related discipline
