Compensation : $75,000$80,000 base + performance bonus

We are seeking a proven General Manager to lead operations for a new location opening in Phoenix. This is a high-visibility store for one of the nations fastest-growing fast casual concepts ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations, team management, and guest experience for the new flagship restaurant
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing hourly and management team aligned with brand standards
• Manage financial performance, including labor, food cost, inventory, and full P&L accountability
• Ensure operational excellence in speed, quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Lead the stores opening and stabilization period, maintaining consistency and execution excellence
• Collaborate with area leadership and corporate support teams to achieve key performance targets
