Job descriptionServe as the "Voice" of the employer, showcasing professionalism and expertise Promote and sell the full suite of employer services, focusing on the 21-day Protective Barrier Treatment Adhere to the structured sales process during inbound sales calls Demonstrate excellent listening skills and empathy towards customer needs Overcome customer objections and close sales with new and former customers Highly motivated and determined with a strong sales drive Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Ability to manage rejection and continue to pursue sales Willingness to follow a structured sales process Reliable transportation for work-related duties Previous experience in sales or customer service roles Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking Strong ability to build rapport with customers quickly Experience with cold calling or following up on leads
