Join Our Team as a Staffing Coordinator!

📍 Location : The Early Learning Center at Yeshiva – A vibrant Jewish preschool in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh

📅 Hours : Full-time, 12-month position (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 05 PM, Fridays until 2 : 05 PM)

💰 Salary : $30,000 - $40,000 per year

What You’ll Do :

✨ Staffing & Scheduling :

• ️ Track and manage staff time-off requests and approvals
• ️ Handle call-outs and coordinate shift coverage
• ️ Keep staff informed of schedule updates and changes
• ️ Provide break coverage to support classroom flow

✨ Operational Support :

✅ BA degree preferred
