CNC Machinist

Amanufacturing company in the Newbury Park area is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machines, performing precision measurements, and ensuring high-quality production of metal or plastic components.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position.
• 1st shift (varies by department).
• Pay Rate: DOE (depends on experience and skill level).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Verify quality and accuracy of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required (set-up experience preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible to work overtime if needed.
