Description

Operates the restaurant point of sale system as the cashier, stocks restaurant supplies, ensures proper set up, cleans and stocks food inventories, maintains cleanliness of public areas, maintains and delivers customer needs and service.

Education and Work Experience :

• High School Education / GED or equivalent : Preferred
• Associate?s / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience : Preferred

Licenses / Certifications :

Requirements

Variable days of the week - 5 x 8s

Two Shifts - AM 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm; PM 11 : 30am to 8 : 00pm - Crossed Trained

3-5 years experience. Hospital experience preferred

HS diploma preferred, Servsafe or food handler certificate preferred, understanding of kitchen culture and procedures, Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish), sanitation and safety, rule oriented, teamwork
