Job description
A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Specialist to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Complete and document benefit verification review
Provide information on Enteral home infusion services
Coordinate with Patient Intake Coordinators for new and existing accounts
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment
Data entry experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
