Whether you're stocking milk, yogurt, frozen vegetables, pizza and ice cream or assisting guests in finding what they need, you'll be a key part of delivering an exceptional shopping experience with high-quality products.

Job Description

What You'll Do :

As a Festival Foods Frozen Foods & Dairy Associate, you will :

• Provide helpful guest service : Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
• Assist with product requests : Help guests find specific frozen or dairy items, taking special orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization : Ensure the sales floor is neat, tidy, and free of spills. Regularly stock and maintain product levels in accordance with company standards.
• Efficient inventory management : Follow the first in, first out method to rotate stock, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
• Ensure product availability : Ensure products are always available by filling items on display and checking inventory levels to meet department goals.
• Support department standards : Maintain the quality of the Frozen / Dairy department by meeting all expectations for product availability, quality, and cleanliness.
• Honor commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
• Support the team : Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

The Frozen / Dairy Clerk is a full-time position. The work schedule will primarily include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery store environment. You'll help ensure our guests always have access to the best products while enjoying the unique experience of working and stocking one of Wisconsin's favorite departments.
