Our ideal Account Executive must possess :

• Strong hunting and prospecting skills Excellent selling and closing skills and the ability to communicate value based on insights The ability to forge mutually profitable business relationships in person and over the phone / video The desire and ability to work effectively without supervision but with team support A strong desire to be coached and developed Strong communication skills Proficiency in cross-selling and team selling Excellent listening skills Excellent analytical skills Excellent problem-solving skills CRM and Pipeline management skills Social selling skills Eligibility to work for US employer You must be a highly motivated self-starter, a goal-oriented high performer, and work well without supervision and as part of a team.
• You must be willing to travel occasionally and have recent prior sales earnings of at least $80,000 in a variable compensation plan to be considered.
• Experience with business process product sales, Fintech, commercial broadband sales, PEO, payroll, and recruiting sales is helpful but not required.
• No Cap on earnings.
