Compensation:

$125,400 - $250,500+ yearly at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Leverage our marketing tools to showcase high-end properties, attract qualified clients, and maximize exposure.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate and insightful property evaluations.
  • Negotiate effectively to secure favorable terms and close deals that meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative strategies for expanding our luxury real estate portfolio.
  • Stay informed about market trends and luxury property developments to offer clients the most current advice.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, delivering a professional and engaging presentation to potential buyers and sellers.
Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to effectively leverage marketing tools to enhance property visibility and attract qualified clients.
  • Proven track record of conducting detailed market analyses and providing accurate property evaluations.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals that satisfy all parties.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team to develop and implement innovative strategies for portfolio expansion.
  • Commitment to staying informed about market trends and luxury property developments.
  • Experience in coordinating property showings and open houses with a professional and engaging approach.
