Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. This position involves providing essential nursing care for adult patients with various behavioral health conditions in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to adult patients in the behavioral health unit.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support patients and their families by providing education and resources.
