About the Role :

As a Process Co-Op, you will be part of two different departments during your semester : As part of the process / manufacturing department, the primary tasks will be :

• Evaporator detailed scrap analysis (daily)
• Continuous improvement items in Evap / GMV cells and on HVAC assembly lines (ie rack modifications, pallet trials, cycle time / microstop observations)
• Documentation updates (Operator Work Instructions, PFMEAs)
• New project support - New assembly line setup, layout rearrangement, packaging prototype parts
• Design / assemble / install assembly aids, fixtures, safety, and ergonomic improvements requested by the production team or Hoshin Workshop teams
• Camera / sensor bracket installations for the T1-2 project and quality improvements as needed
• Maintenance changeover improvement projects such as replacement wiring / sensor quick disconnects
• Work instruction creation and updates for service and current production

Seeking a Co-Op available to start August 2025.
