Outside Sales Representative

Rivershores Hardwood Flooring is a fast-growing importer, retailer, and distributor of hardwood flooring products.

Our exclusive lines, including Green Choice hardwood flooring and AlphaCover surface protection, give our sales team a competitive advantage with Designers, Builders, Architects and Flooring Distributors

We’re looking for an Outside Sales Rep to own and expand our Lakeshore and Southern Michigan Territories .

What You’ll Do :

• Grow and nurture our customer base by leveraging the unique strengths of our core product lines.
• Drive new business through networking, showroom visits, cold calls, and relationship-building.
• Travel throughout the Lakeshore and Southern Michigan to expand Rivershores’ presence, with opportunities to attend national trade shows and represent our brand on a bigger stage.

Expected Pay Range : $50,000-$120,000 (base salary + commission) with uncapped commission growth
