  • Manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

  • Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges proactively.

    • \n

  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports, maintaining transparency with all parties involved.

    • \n

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

    • \n

  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.

    • \n

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
