We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Specialty Pharmacy team in Orlando. This role focuses on accurate data entry, creating and updating patient accounts, and providing overflow customer service support to multiple teams.

21 USD per hour

Start Date : October 13th, 2025

Responsibilities :

Accurately enter data to create and update patient accounts and cases.

Assist with overflow customer service tasks across departments.

Update account information based on input from medical billers.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience :

Strong and accurate data entry skills.

Previous experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service.

Knowledge of prior authorizations and medical insurance (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial payers).

Experience with databases or CRM systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and keyboarding.

Comfortable managing high-pressure, time-sensitive situations using sound judgment and customer service skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, with a strong work ethic and open to feedback and coaching.

Understanding of challenges faced by patients with medical conditions.
