  • Equipment : CRRT, Vents, HD monitoring, Aquadex, Transvenous Pacing, TOF / BIS monitoring
  • EHR : Cerner
  • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.” : variety, no peds

    • Hiring Profile :

  • Must Have Skills / Experience : Preceptor, charge, CRRT, Transvenous pacing
  • Preferred Skillset / Experience : post cardiac cath care
  • Common Diagnosis / Treatment : ARF and complex sepsis
  • Personality Fit : Assertive but able to work in a team setting. Willingness to advocate for your patient / family. This is a very high acuity dept with strong personalities that take great care of the patients!
