The Goizueta Business School is in search of a Senior Director of Data Strategy who will play a pivotal role in advancing the school's data-driven strategy, leading a team to deliver high-impact insights across revenue management and marketing optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex analyses of enrollment, tuition, and program performance data, as well as optimizing marketing campaigns to drive student recruitment and retention. With a focus on translating rigorous quantitative insights into actionable strategies, the Sr. Director of Data Strategy will report directly to the dean and partner closely with senior leadership to ensure the school's financial sustainability, competitive positioning, and long-term growth. Partners with units across the school (e.g., Marketing, Admissions, Operations) to solve high impact problems, build decision tools, and generate insights through rigorous analysis.
