About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a passionate Senior Vice President of Customer Success to spearhead strategic and operational initiatives that guarantee the satisfaction and success of our most crucial school systems. In this pivotal role, you will define and implement an adaptable customer success strategy, manage the entire customer journey, and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a robust background in customer success, sales, or account management within the SaaS or EdTech sectors. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing global success team, nurturing a customer-centric culture, and developing proactive initiatives aimed at reducing churn while enhancing customer satisfaction.
To thrive in this role, applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and 10+ years of experience in a relevant leadership capacity. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of K-12 district purchasing cycles, demonstrated success in driving customer retention at the enterprise level, and outstanding analytical, communication, and executive relationship skills.
We are looking for a motivated change agent with a proven history of establishing high-performing teams and consistently exceeding financial targets. The ideal candidate will align financial objectives with mission-driven goals, such as enhancing product usage. Familiarity with CRM / CSM platforms and experience in customer success transformation in high-growth settings are highly desirable.
