VP, Sales

Environment One Corporation (E / One) is an operating company of Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a worldwide manufacturer of complex metal parts and industrial products. With corporate headquarters in New York and regional offices and distribution throughout the industrialized world, E / One is a manufacturer and provider of products and services for the disposal of residential sanitary waste and Utility Systems for the protection and performance optimization of electric utility assets. With more than 120 operations and approximately 20,000 employees worldwide, Precision Castparts Corp. is the market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, forged components, aerostructures and highly engineered, critical fasteners for aerospace applications. In addition, we are the leading producer of airfoil castings for the industrial gas turbine market. We also manufacture extruded seamless pipe, fittings, and forgings for power generation and oil & gas applications; commercial and military airframe aerostructures; and metal alloys and other materials for the casting and forging industries. Job Description

Purpose : Directs all sales, sales administration, municipal contract functions for SSB sales and USB sales. In addition oversees the Marketing and Communications team.

Core Responsibilities

Manages and directs the sale of SSB and USB products and services through subordinate managers, regional sales managers, distributions and channel partners.

Maintains an in-depth knowledge of company's and competitor's products and services, sales and marketing techniques, and financial principles.

Ensures conformance of all functions expenditures to budget.

Develops long range goals and objectives.

Works with senior management in developing company's Strategic Plan for all reporting functions with specific emphasis on sales growth plan strategies and contributing to the product development process.

Responsible for meeting sales and sales margin goals for the company.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area.

MBA required.

Minimum ten years progressively responsible sales / sales management experience.

Possess technical knowledge / aptitude; pump sales experience a plus.

Proficient PC skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software.

This positions requires 50% domestic and international travel. Base pay is dependent upon experience and location.
