Position Overview

The primary function of this position is to always maintain or exceed the high SES standards for customer service through logistics and sales support. Variances in customer service levels provided should be reported to Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Logistics Manager or another applicable Administrative Manager.

What You’ll Do

Pull orders (will call and ship outs). Mark will-call orders store in their proper place.

Receive product from various carriers ensuring the correct quantity is received

Re-stock front showroom shelves and product displays daily, including inspecting packages for appearance and cleanliness.

Follow guidelines for product placement while working with Operations and Marketing to ensure consistent appearance and messaging in the physical showroom

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office and logistical environment. Must be proficient in the operation of forklifts (where applicable), pallet jacks, packaging material machines, etc. This role also routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, and standard software suite(s), such as the ERP system, an HCM system, and the Microsoft suite of products.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally list and / or move objects up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
