Finance Director IA

A company is looking for a Finance Director (IA Health Plan) to lead financial analysis and reporting for the Iowa market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis, including forecasting and revenue trend analysis

Supervise finance staff and manage the month-end close process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic financial responses and manage budgets

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of finance experience or equivalent education and experience

Minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, math, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet internal deadlines
