Repair Technician

Summary :

The Repair Technician, reporting directly to the Service and Production Manager, is directly responsible for disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling various pumps.

This role will also test equipment sent in for repairs, troubleshooting pump and system issues and repairing equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Repair, tear down and clean any type of pump or pump system.
• Receive repairs, determine cause of failure, list repair components, pull parts from stock, repair equipment, test for effectiveness and document in an e-pair log.
• Repair pump and systems at Customer sites; including installation and start up.
• Use computer to look up Customers, research parts, diagram, schematic, and manuals online.
• Help maintain a clean and safe shop.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
