Job descriptionCareer Growth : Join our team and kickstart your journey with comprehensive paid training, certifications, and unwavering support tailored to achieve your professional goals Rewarding Compensation Package : Competitive base pay, enticing commissions, and performance bonuses Employee Recognition : Take advantage of a complimentary Studio Membership and exclusive product discounts Flexible Schedule : Accommodating schedule around your educational or personal goals Friendly Work Environment : Dress comfortably in our fitness casual attire while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment fueled by passion Pathway to Entrepreneurship : Chart Your Course to Franchise Ownership or Business Leadership Conduct, delegate, and organize six-week progress check-in's to help clients reach their fitness goals Work closely with the Studio Manager to maximize customer retention and manage member accounts Recruit and schedule a sufficient amount of fitness coaches to service each member and guest that completes a BODY20 session or demo Establish monthly goals in sessions, lead generation, demos and demo conversion for all Fitness Coaches Monthly evaluation of Fitness Coach in sessions, lead generation, demos serviced and demo conversion Onboard and Train all new Fitness Coaches Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions Maintain knowledge and / or participation in all club services, programs and products Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards Demonstrated leadership skills Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred) CPR / AED certification (preferred) 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess honesty and personal integrity Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills That you shouldnt have to choose between fitness and family time That fitness should never compete with career That getting in shape shouldnt hurt That everybody should get the most out of life and is entitled to feel great

Position Overview
Lead Coach at BODY20 is a Player / Coach position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with the Studio Manager to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members. This is a non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
