• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work directly with business-process owners to support, analyze, document, and enhance business processes within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Answer questions related to the ERP system and its application to processes and procedures and address issues. Maintain comprehensive business process documentation such as narrative descriptions, process workflows, sequence diagrams, activity descriptions, trigger points, end points, system interfaces, business rules, system users, and reports. Assist users on ways to optimize use of the system and advance the adoption of system best practices. Create business process documentation to update training materials, develop test scripts, and support user-acceptance testing. Participate in the review, evaluation, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions to identify and minimize gaps. Gather requirements, recommend solutions, prioritize requests, and develop reporting solutions while supporting third-party interfaces within ERP systems. Participate in County-wide data governance initiatives.
• REQUIRED DEGREE
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)
• REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
