JOB SUMMARY : This role supports analytical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope (one or more application components). It involves collaborating with customers to understand capability needs, gather project specifications, create business cases and cost analyses, translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities (and change requests / enhancements on existing capabilities), analyze data for business problems, trends or opportunities for process improvements, create and execute test cases, perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans, verify delivery of customer needs and ensure quality delivery. The incumbent identifies, documents, and resolves risks, defects and issues. It analyzes market trends for competitive insight and translates that into business value statements. It builds organizational and platform knowledge in one or more disciplines to advance professionally and mentors junior resources. A thorough understanding of end-to-end system impact of changes across multiple systems is required.

Pay Range Minimum : $57,700.00
Pay Range Maximum : $107,800.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidates qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
