Education : BSN preferred Previous travel highly preferred but not required Required Certifications : Licensure / Certification : BLS and PALS required Licensure / Certification : RN Will you consider hiring a new traveler : NO Required Job Qualifications : 2 Years peds med / surg experience required EPIC within the last yr critical thinker, time management, organized, pediatric experience Preferred Qualifications : team player, Additional Unit Specific Information : BEST FIT : high level of competence; flexible and dependable; ability to speak up if not familiar with procedures, client will provide education. Fast turn over – can admit 12-15 days / nights; Ability to move quickly. Strong team-oriented unit, willing to step in and assist as needed (unit culture). Resource RN and Charge RN (no patient assignments). Manager available for questions.
