LPN - Urology

Join the fast-paced Urology team where your clinical skills make a real impact!

Responsibilities include:

• Perform clinical skills such as catheter exchanges, cystoscopies, cystoscopies with Botox, vasectomies, prostate biopsies.
• Rooming patients and assisting with procedures
• Coordinating patient care and communicating clinician recommendations to patients
• Critical thinking skills to use resources and follow protocols and policies and strong time management skills to prioritize workflow.

Hiring range is generally between $27.30-$33.15 per hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave - Vancouver, WA 98664) - with flexibility to cover Salmon Creek as needed

Schedule: four, 10-hour days - 7:00a-5:30p (NO weekends! NO late nights! Paid Holidays!)

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active, unencumbered Washington State or Multi-State LPN license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.

Pay Range:
$26.80 - $37.52
