Role Description

We are looking for full- or part-time real estate agents interested in helping clients while working in a team-first, family-owned and operated environment.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property Transactions
• Experience in Sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local Absecon Island real estate markets

Compensations

Commission splits determined on experience, past production, and expectation of assistance from the office.
