What You Will Do :

• Follows blueprints, guidelines, and / or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met
• Performs functional testing per part specific pre-established test procedure.
• Monitors tests through completion, record test data, and service test equipment as required.
• Documents acceptance or failure results.
• Demonstrates proper use of simple hand / machine tools, electronic / manual test equipment and mechanical measuring devices.
• Performs proper loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds.
• Complies with applicable elements of quality systems and participates in continuous improvement efforts (ACE).
• Meets internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team
• Acquires applicable skill / knowledge / certification as required.
• Complies with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
• Follows plans for production schedules and quality requirements.
• Understands end use of manufactured products.
• Proficiently uses computer tools such as SAP and accurately follows work instructions.
• Demonstrates initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
• Trains others for technical tasks as needed
• Interfaces with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues.
• Participates in waste minimization efforts.
• Participates in audits.
• Overtime as needed
• Requests tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements as needed

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hours : This position is on 2nd shift (3 : 30PM-1 : 00AM). It operates on a 9 / 80 schedule, as well. Must be able to train on 1st shift for the first couple of weeks.
