Position Summary

The Medical Assisting with X-Ray and Medical Billing & Coding Program Manager plays a key leadership role at the Mobile Campus. This individual supports the Campus Dean in overseeing program operations, faculty management, student engagement, and curriculum development to ensure high-quality healthcare education delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine curriculum for the Medical Assisting and related healthcare programs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor faculty; provide input on personnel decisions.
• Support student success through orientation, attendance monitoring, and attrition control.
• Lead Program Advisory Committee meetings and collaborate with campus leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Teach courses and maintain current clinical and educational competencies.
• Research and integrate new technologies and instructional methods.
• Participate in campus ceremonies, meetings, and travel as required.
