Position Summary
The Medical Assisting with X-Ray and Medical Billing & Coding Program Manager plays a key leadership role at the Mobile Campus. This individual supports the Campus Dean in overseeing program operations, faculty management, student engagement, and curriculum development to ensure high-quality healthcare education delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine curriculum for the Medical Assisting and related healthcare programs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor faculty; provide input on personnel decisions.
- Support student success through orientation, attendance monitoring, and attrition control.
- Lead Program Advisory Committee meetings and collaborate with campus leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Teach courses and maintain current clinical and educational competencies.
- Research and integrate new technologies and instructional methods.
- Participate in campus ceremonies, meetings, and travel as required.
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Health Sciences.Minimum 4 years of medical assisting or supervisory patient care experience .Professional certification from an NCCA-accredited agency (e.g., CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.).Teaching experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Compensation & Benefits
