We are seeking a skilled individual who will support our Business Intelligence team for Product Performance metrics reporting and analysis. Researches and interprets information, identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.
This position under Citi Global Wealth will play a role in transforming data into strategic insights that guide decision-making across the organization. This position will assist in the development and measurement of product performance metrics for Citi Global Wealth franchise. This role will partner closely across the Private Bank, Wealth at Work, and Citigold businesses, as well as the product teams, to deliver metric / KPI reporting and foster a stronger data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have BI experience within a financial services context, with a proven ability to conduct multi-phase projects.
Proficient in programming tools such as SQL, Python, etc. to perform exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and / or qualitative analysis data for large and complex datasets
Translate data into insights to drive product performance metrics reporting, communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
Interact regularly with business partners to understand their strategic priorities, develop context, proactively design and propose solutions.
Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
What we'll need from you :
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative fields and strong relevant industry experience
2-4 years of relevant banking or financial services experience
Ability to multitask, be organized and detail oriented
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
Excellent understanding of statistics, data analysis, and visualization
Expert in preparing presentation
