Because of the growth of our RDA Preconstruction Operations, we are looking for a Preconstruction Manager or Estimator to play a critical role in the early stages of our projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record with Class A Interior Fit Outs and / or Ground Up Construction Projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and goals.
• Develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, soliciting and analyzing bids.
• Prepare project schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and performance.
• Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
