A company is looking for a Director, People Experience Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact within a region to facilitate connectivity across the broader People Experience Partner team
Lead and coordinate talent management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, and Succession Planning
Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging human capital data and analytics to inform business decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 supporting executive leaders in large complex organizations
Demonstrated project management and change management experience
Experience in matrixed organizations
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
