The candidate should be strong in analyzing the business and providing solutions. Candidate will play a critical role in Analyzing the existing applications and priortizing and planning the release candidates coordinating with multiple stakeholders and Microsoft Sr Leadership team, & Power BI

At least 10 years on SQL, TSQL, Data Engineering and Release management

• Responsible reviewing and prioritizing customer requirements coordinating with stakeholders

• Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules

• Planning release windows and cycles across portfolios, components

• Coordinating processes between different teams (possibly in various locations)

• Communicating necessary release details to business teams

• Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews

• Maintaining release schedules for every core service and ensuring it aligns with engineering team and other FastTrack Partnering teams and other stakeholders

• Managing, planning, and negotiating release activities

• Communicate standards and defend technology and scoping decisions to information technology management and development teams.

• Participate in Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings, identify gaps in requirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions. Design and code high quality database solutions within a fast-paced monthly release cycle.

• Manage errors gracefully. Document code and work completed.

• Conduct thorough unit testing of code and document the unit test cases. Conduct appropriate performance testing to ensure all solutions will meet SLAs and performance criteria.

• Provide support as needed throughout Test and User Acceptance Testing phases. Create Technical Design Specification documentation that clearly articulates the design and code being implemented.

• Provide client communication as appropriate to project.

• Develop new reports and provide technical support for the applications.
