Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and deepen trusting client relationships through regular communication and review meetings

Conduct discovery interviews to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and life priorities

Deliver clear, confident, and compliant financial advice

Financial Planning & Analysis

Analyze client financial data to build comprehensive financial plans

Provide guidance on retirement planning, investment strategies, tax-efficiency opportunities, college savings, risk management, and estate considerations

Prepare and present financial plan recommendations and performance updates

Sales & Business Development

Identify new client opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagement

Present tailored investment and insurance solutions that align with client needs

Meet or exceed activity, growth, and revenue targets

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with SEC, FINRA, and company policies

Stay current with market trends, product solutions, and regulatory updates

Qualifications

Required :

Active Series 7 and 66 (or Series 65 / 63 combination) OR equivalent state insurance and securities licenses

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience as a financial advisor, planner, or related financial services role

Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory compliance

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred :

CFP, ChFC, or progress toward a professional designation

Experience working with CRM and financial planning software

Established book of business (not required but highly valued)
