Schedule : 3x12, rotating weekends

Unit Information :

Average Census : 60 patients daily

Nurse to Patient Ratios : CNA 1 : 10 (days) | CNA 1 : 20 (nights)

Bed Count : 88

Acuity : High

Average Length of Stay : 15 days

Support Staff : Primarily CNAs

Orientation : 710 shifts with preceptor support

As a CNA, you'll provide essential patient care in a supportive environment while gaining experience in a high-acuity rehab setting.

How You'll Contribute

Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting)

Provide support for patient monitoring and documentation

Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver safe and effective care

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment

Complete training and orientation with preceptor guidance (710 shifts)

What We're Looking For

Certified Nursing Assistant, Tennessee license required

American Heart Association BLS required

Experience : New grads welcome; no prior long-term care or EMR experience required
