About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced, Washington-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team as Lead Clinician – Telehealth Services.
This is a remote position serving clients across Washington State. You’ll lead with clinical excellence, mentor students and early-career SLPs, and deliver high-quality virtual care using evidence-based, innovative practices.

What You’ll Do
Serve as Lead Clinician for telehealth services enhancing students and other team members, report key metrics and outcomes to the clinical director.
Provide direct therapy via telepractice to adult clients.
Enhance, supervise, and mentor graduate students, CFs, and early-career clinicians.
Demonstrate strong duplication skills and precision in modeling and clinical instruction.
Exhibit fast processing speed and efficiency with telehealth systems, documentation and learning new processes for completing tasks required of you.
Work behind the scenes to complete administrative tasks that empower the group, strong mulit-tasking skills are essential to this position.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Maintain compliant, timely documentation and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Washington State SLP License (Required)
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
Completed CEUs in supervision, telepractice, and relevant clinical areas
Excellent digital fluency, organizational skills, and clinical accuracy
Proven production record for the ability to provide point of service documentation
Efficient use of downtime
BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire
Preferred Experience
Leadership or clinical supervision background
Certifications : SpeakOUT, LSVT, or similar programs
Familiarity with AAC, MPSImP, or SPEAKOUT! methodologies
Expertise across adult neurogenic, and cognitive / communication populations
