Job descriptionAir-conditioned, clean, and modern facility Competitive pay based on skill and efficiency 3% company match IRA Paid time off including holidays and one full paid week off for Christmas or New Year's Access to industry-leading tools and diagnostic equipment Ongoing training and career development opportunities Strong parts availability and well-maintained lifts and equipment A high-performing service team that keeps the bays full Perform accurate diagnostic testing and repairs on all makes and models Handle drivability, electrical, engine, brake, suspension, and HVAC issues Complete routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections Use scan tools and diagnostic software to troubleshoot and verify repairs Document findings and repairs clearly and thoroughly on the RO Communicate effectively with the service team Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in your bay and work area Participate in ongoing training and pursue ASE certifications Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience preferred ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain) Must have own professional tools Solid diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills Valid Texas drivers license and a clean driving record Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality

Position Overview
We are looking for a Diagnostic Technician or Skilled Automotive Mechanic who can accurately diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, well-organized environment and is passionate about delivering excellent work.
