About the Role

As the Mobile App UI Designer at Preffect, you'll drive mobile interface designs in Figma for our innovative Health & Wellness app, available in the App Store here : https : / / apps.apple.com / us / app / preffect / id6741119391.

As an individual contributor (IC), you’ll take over our established Figma design system and foundational visual assets, ensuring consistency and enhancing user experience across mobile platforms and other digital customer touchpoints. As you demonstrate creative vision and leadership, there will be opportunities to expand into broader ownership of brand direction, marketing strategy, and other customer-facing domains.

Responsibilities

🎨 Mobile UI Design

• Take ownership of and refine existing mobile app screens in Figma, from iterative enhancements to polished final assets.
• Maintain and evolve our established design system and other visual assets.
• Proactively improve app usability, flow, and visual coherence.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure a coherent user-centric approach from design to deploy.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in early-stage startups, consumer apps, or Health & Wellness.

⭐ Motion design or video editing skills.

⭐ Proven experience designing brand or marketing assets (social media, web, email campaigns).

⭐ Comfortable working on copywriting or close collaboration with content creators.

⭐ Familiarity with web design and digital marketing tools.
