Production Assistant

A company is looking for a Production Assistant responsible for assisting origination staff with loan setup and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and entering application information into the Encompass loan system Communicate effectively with customers, loan agents, and third parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction Verify loan files, order necessary documentation, and ensure proper stacking order of files Required Qualifications Current knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs 2+ years of processing experience Experience with Encompass 360 Understanding of federal and state guidelines, rules, and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
