Your responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.

Assist with implementing and following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting the needs of employees, visitors, and / or contractors.

Maintain accurate records of access logs, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and / or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
