Position Title : Patient service Rep
Location : Las Vegas, NV 89128
Duration : Contract 3+ months (possibilities of extension)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Interview Mode : Telephonic
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage administrative intake for facilities, provider offices, and members.
- Coordinate service requests with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical teams.
- Process referrals and prior authorizations including intake, notifications, and census updates.
- Support clinical staff by preparing documents and triaging cases for coverage review.
- Resolve inquiries from members and providers efficiently and professionally.
- Operate in a high-volume, customer service-driven environment, primarily over the phone.
Required Software Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe, Facets, and Macess.Experience on EMR systems
