Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles, with at least 4+ years at the VP level

Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering transformations in high-growth environments

Deep expertise in modern software development, cloud-native architectures, and agile delivery

Experience managing organizations of 100+ people, including distributed teams

Strong financial acumen and vendor management experience
