A company is looking for a Director, Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4-8 Major Loss claim adjusters and oversee complex workers' compensation claims
Ensure compliance with claim management best practices and introduce process improvements for workflow efficiency
Provide leadership, training, and career development for staff to support organizational succession planning
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of Workers Compensation claim handling experience
Ability to manage and mentor a diverse group of technical claim staff
Strong knowledge of Department of Insurance (DOI), NCCI, and ICA rules and regulations
CPCU, AIC designation, or adjuster licensing program preferred
BS / BA college degree in business administration, finance, management, or marketing preferred
